Twerk Basics Class

5:00pm-7:00pm

Together we will gradually learn and practice the basic moves and twerking techniques. This will give you a better understanding of the movement and more control over your muscles, slowly preparing you for the next level of classes.

At the end of the class, we will have an improvisational twerking circle so that everyone can dance with me and have fun. All beginners are welcome!

Twerk Combo Class

7:30pm-9:00pm

Want to bring your twerk skills to the next level? This class is perfect for you! 

We will learn a new combo that will help you remember the moves. Some of you will have a chance to present it with me for the video! 

We are going to focus on detailed choreography and techniques and work on rhythm and muscle isolations.

It’s all about hard work, fun and women empowerment — set yourself up for great music and give it all you’ve got!
